Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
The terms that govern your use of the Agentic Launchpad website and programme registration.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentic Launchpad website at agenticlaunchpad.com (the "Site") and any related registration or programme materials made available through it.
The Site is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: Legal entity name — e.g. Alis SARL / Alisx UK Limited], registered at [PLACEHOLDER: Registered office address] (company number [PLACEHOLDER: Registration number]) ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site.
Where the Site allows you to register interest in the Agentic Launchpad programme, your registration is also subject to these Terms. Participation in the programme itself may be governed by separate programme-specific terms provided at the point of onboarding.
2. The service
Agentic Launchpad is a 30-day, partner-led proof programme designed for Google Workspace teams in the EU and UK. It is delivered jointly by Alis Exchange and TD SYNNEX, leveraging Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to help organisations adopt agentic AI workflows.
The Site serves two primary purposes:
- Information: Providing details about the Agentic Launchpad programme, its structure, benefits, and how organisations can participate.
- Registration: Allowing representatives of eligible organisations to register their interest in joining the programme.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or the programme at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants.
3. Registration
When you submit a registration through the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the authority to act on behalf of the organisation you represent.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Your organisation holds valid Google Workspace licences and operates within the EU or UK.
Registration does not guarantee a place on the programme. We (or our partners) will review submissions and confirm eligibility separately. We may decline any registration at our discretion.
You agree to notify us promptly if any of your registration details change. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party. In particular, you must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content from the Site without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these provisions.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software — is the property of Alis Exchange, TD SYNNEX, Google, or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Alis Exchange name and logo, the TD SYNNEX name and logo, and Google Workspace and Gemini trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this Site grants you any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the relevant owner.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication — requires our prior written consent.
6. Third-party services and partners
The Agentic Launchpad programme involves products and services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:
- Google — Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise are products of Google LLC. Your use of Google products is governed by Google's own terms of service and privacy policy.
- TD SYNNEX — As a distribution and programme delivery partner, TD SYNNEX may interact with you during programme onboarding and delivery.
- Webflow — The Site is hosted on Webflow's infrastructure.
The Site may contain links to external websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
Your dealings with third parties found through or related to the Site, including payment and delivery of goods or services, are solely between you and the third party.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and all content, materials, and information made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Site.
Information on the Site about the Agentic Launchpad programme is provided for general informational purposes. Programme availability, features, and timelines may change. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of programme delivery.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed [PLACEHOLDER: Liability cap amount — e.g. EUR 500 / GBP 500].
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [PLACEHOLDER: Legal entity name], its affiliates, partners (including Alis Exchange and TD SYNNEX), officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Site in breach of these Terms.
- Any information you submit through the Site that is inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of any third party's rights.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [PLACEHOLDER: Governing law jurisdiction — e.g. the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg / England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [PLACEHOLDER: Court jurisdiction — e.g. Luxembourg City / London, England].
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the member state in which you are domiciled. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, the programme, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site.
